Teeth sensitivity is common following whitening procedures and should subside within 24 to 48 hours.
Avoid dark colored substances such as coffee, tobacco, red wine, especially in the first 24-48 hours after your whitening session. If it can stain a white t shirt, it can stain your teeth.
For gum sensitivity apply a small amount of vitamin e oil to the gums as needed.
